I’ve had an ancient A/C unit for 33 years and suddenly about two weeks ago the A/C completely stopped working. Of course we live in Florida so the Winter weather ended and the temperatures have risen to 85+ degrees. Today, while I was driving at work I randomly saw their van, while they were working inside someone’s home. Desperate, I called the ad on the van and the reception over the phone was polite and patient as they were able to schedule a priority appointment on the spot for the same day. I was beyond shocked by their customer service! They kept in touch as waiting for them to arrive for their inspection. The guys at Comfort Pro were able to easily diagnose the issues with the older unit. Very knowledgeable they didn’t waste time. They were forthcoming and honest, not giving me the typical “sales runaround” most companies try to push on you. Now, this is the part that I liked the most,… his technicians or better said the pair of ants that arrived,…I have a two-story house, and the blissful machine is inside the attic, they arrived about noon, by 10 pm from the plumbing completely dense to the sealing of all the pipes that are connected, they ate Cuban food, those ants did not stop for one minute.
They were in my home, walking through my possessions and I never felt that I had to worry, they made me feel safe.
